White Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
- 24 oz white cheddar
- 1/2 cup parmesan
- 2 cups of Half & Half
- 8 oz butter
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 3-4 tablespoons flour
Directions
- Pre-cube or grate the white cheddar cheese (so it melts easier)
- Microwave the 2 cups of Half & Half until warm, set aside for later
- Melt butter in a saucepan on medium heat
- Once simmering, add the flour and mix together
- When it has reached a thicker consistency, slowly add the Half & Half, stirring constantly
- Add salt, pepper, and garlic
- Add all the white cheddar cheese and stir until melted
